Return and Refund Policy

We love helping you sparkle but there is a little "dullness" too since we have to cover the legal stuff.  

Although permanent jewelry is very safe, we require all of our clients to read the risks and sign a jewelry liability waiver.  We've attached a document below for you to be able to read the detail prior to your visit if desired.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at hello@eliseorion.com.

Permanent jewelry may NOT be used for children under the age of 13.  We recognize that this is not ideal, but it is for the safety of your child.  Federal regulation requires that all jewelry for children, whether it’s permanent or not, undergoes lead testing and provides tracking labels to the manufacturer to ensure children are not exposed to lead. As civil penalties can be filed against us, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to our stated age limits.   Jewelry placed on persons between the age of 13 and 16 will have non-welded jump rings to ensure the jewelry will break-away in the event of an emergency.

Please respect the following:

• Booking fees for party events are non-refundable.
• Please monitor children at all times.  Jewelry items are small in nature and could provide a choking hazard to small, unsupervised folks.
• Many of our designs are our own creations.  Please respect federal copyright laws and help us keep our products and designs our own.
